Allan Pineda is a Chef, Entrepreneur,Creative and Event planner. Allan has been pushing the boundaries of Filipino food and cuisine in the last decade. Creating one of the first and longest running Filipino pop-up dinners in the world, and concepts and events such as the First Sober Filipino tiki bar and Kitchen Kumite TV Series.
He continues to spread Filipino Food and culture with collaborations and pop-up dinners across the globe from London, England, and Australia, to Oakland and across Canada. Also a contributing author of an award winning Filipino Cookbook and speaking inside Google, he is the director and co-founder of the Kultivation Festival Non-profit and is opening a new restaurant in Winnipeg called “Bahay Kubo”.
