Pinoys on Parliament 2022: Panels and Speakers

Diwa Marcelino is a community organizer with Migrante Manitoba, a grassroots organization advocating for the rights and welfare of Filipino migrants. He also supports the struggles of the Filipino people to address political, social and economic conditions that lead to forced migration.

He also serves as Board Vice Chairperson (leave) for the Council of Canadians and steering committee member of KAIROS. He is currently the National Project Manager for the Community Solidarity Project, a movement of local and national coalitions building a better future based on values of social, economic, racial and climate justice.
