Earl Briones has been hustling in the hospitality industry for nearly a decade. From food trucks to fine dining, he’s found a way to bring people together through a combination of history and food. As a former anthropology student, he finds the place between tradition and art, to create memorable experiences for everyone who comes to one of his tables.

While some may see 10 years in the field as a beginner in the craft, Briones has won a number of awards and recognition throughout the country. Most recently, he was a Featured Creator in "The Filipino in Me - Insights into Living Heritage Gallery" presented by the Philippine Arts Council. Prior to that, he'd had the opportunity to appear on Food Network's Fire Masters in Season 2. Additionally, he's been honoured to work with Make-A-Wish Canada, assisting youths with cooking-related interests
