John Paul Gallardo is a Multimedia Journalist working for CBC Toronto as an Editorial Assistant. When he’s not chasing stories, rolling teleprompter, or sleeping, you can find him watching some Raptors basketball, a K-Drama, or he’s just at the gym. John Paul is passionate about telling stories of all kinds, but he is especially enthusiastic to share stories of the BIPOC community. Along with his fellow alums and some friends, he started the AZN Connection podcast, a show that highlights Asian culture, society, and identity.
